01. Scope and responsibility
This website introduces Vion Chat and options for setting up independent environments. It is separate from app accounts and conversation content. The website does not import your messages or files from the app.
When you join an independent environment, its operator is responsible for determining the purposes of data processing, service settings and retention policy under applicable law. The operator should explain its identity, contact details and terms before collecting your data. This general information does not replace each operator's own privacy notice.
02. Data when browsing the website
- The website has no account registration or form that collects your name, phone number or email address.
- The server summary tool runs in your browser. Your selections are not sent to an API, and we do not use local storage or cookies to save them.
- When you choose to copy the summary, it is written to your device's clipboard. When you download it, a text file is saved on your device. You decide whether to share it afterward.
- The website code does not include advertising or analytics tools that measure visitor behavior, and it does not load fonts or media from an external provider.
- The hosting infrastructure may process technical connection data, such as your IP address, request time and browser type, to deliver the page, protect the service and diagnose problems. The hosting provider may also apply technical access controls outside this website's code.
If you choose to send your request summary to the service team through another channel, that channel's policy applies. The contact details you provide may be used to answer your inquiry and prepare a proposal.
03. Data when using the app
The data involved depends on the features enabled in your environment. The following types may be needed to operate conversations and accounts:

Messages and files may be stored on the server of the environment you use. This page does not claim that the server operator cannot access them, and it does not describe conversations as end-to-end encrypted.
04. Device permissions
- Microphone: to record a voice message when you choose to use this feature.
- Notifications: to notify you of messages and events according to your device and app settings.
- Photo and file selection: to access the file or photo you choose to share through system tools.
- Background connection: depending on the version and settings, your environment may support a persistent connection for receiving messages, with a visible notification and an option to turn it off in the app.
You can change permissions in your device settings. Denying an optional permission may prevent the related feature, such as voice recording, from working. It does not grant any other permissions.
05. AI assistance
An environment operator may enable an assistant connected to an external provider such as Google Gemini. When you use the enabled feature, your question and the relevant knowledge materials may be sent to that provider to generate a response. Responses are automated, may be incorrect, and do not prove that an action has been performed on your account.
In Laura's consent-based flow, general questions can be enabled with the Arabic command “تفعيل الذكاء” (enable AI) and disabled with “إيقاف الذكاء” (disable AI). Availability depends on server settings. Do not include passwords, verification codes or sensitive financial information in messages to the assistant.
Before enabling the integration, the environment operator must explain the actual provider, what information is sent and the provider's retention policy. This informational website does not send visitor content to an AI service.
06. Hosting and parties that may process data
Data may be processed by your environment operator, authorized staff, and their chosen hosting, backup and support providers. When Firebase Cloud Messaging notifications are enabled, device registration tokens and the notification delivery data needed for this service may be processed.
The hosting country may vary between environments. The service proposal and operator's policy should identify the hosting location, providers, any cross-border data transfers and the safeguards that apply. This page does not specify a single geographic location for all Vion Chat servers.
The service operator uses the appropriate legal basis for each type of processing, such as providing the agreed service, protecting it, or obtaining your consent for optional features. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
07. Retention and deletion
This website's request summary tool does not save your selections after you leave the page. Downloaded files and clipboard contents are managed by your device.
App account data, messages, attachments, logs and backups are subject to the server operator's policy. Retention periods depend on service needs, deletion requests, troubleshooting and security requirements, and any applicable legal obligations. We do not promise a uniform deletion period that cannot be verified across every environment.
Deleting a message or account from the interface may not immediately remove backups or copies retained by other participants. Ask your environment operator to explain the scope of deletion and when remaining copies will be removed.
08. Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your data, and to restrict or object to its processing. You can also disable optional features and manage your device permissions.
Direct app data requests to the operator of the server that holds your account. Verification that the request relates to your account may be required before it is fulfilled, without asking for your password or verification code in a public conversation. You may also contact the relevant data protection authority in your country if your concerns remain unresolved.
09. Data security and its limits
Actual security depends on server configuration, administrator permissions, updates, connection settings and backups. An independent server separates your environment, but does not guarantee protection from a breach or unauthorized access.
Before allowing use of the service, the server operator must determine appropriate age requirements and applicable law, and handle any children's data according to current requirements. This website does not ask visitors for their age or create accounts for them.

For requests about your account, messages or files, contact your server administrator through the support channel available in your app environment or service agreement. Before joining or purchasing the service, ask for the responsible organization's name and an independent way to contact it.
This informational version does not specify a project-wide legal entity name. This detail must be completed before the page is adopted as the final privacy notice for a commercial service or app store listing. The website does not ask you to send personal data to an unverified address.
11. Updates to this page
This page is updated when website practices or available service information changes. The latest update date appears at the top. The environment operator should notify affected users of any significant change in how their app data is processed.
